A three-parter:
1) Is there a list available of the subdivisions within Frisco's 'boundaries' that have not been annexed into the City yet?
2) Are residents of these subdivisions only registered to vote for County and ISD elections, and not City of Frisco elections?
3) Likewise, is a resident of one of these subdivisions ineligible to run for office (Council or Mayor) in Frisco?

Thanks

Dear Anonymous: Thank you for your interest in our community. In response to your questions:

1)There are subdivisions within the City of Frisco's ETJ that have not been incorporated into the City Limits (a)Stonebriar Creek Estates (currently being annexed) and (b) Russwood Acres. There are other parcels of land within Frisco's boundaries that have not been annexed at this time, many of these parcels are farmed, undeveloped and/or do not have utilities.
2)Residents of subdivisions or "outside parcels" are not eligible to vote in the City of Frisco elections.
3) An individual must be a resident of the City of Frisco for one year prior to filing for office.

If you have additional questions, please contact my office at 972-335-5551 or via email NParker@ci.frisco.tx.us
Best regards, Nan
