Has the city of Frisco or parts or Frisco ever been flooded? If yes when and how deep were the flood waters?

Mark:

The City of Frisco is located on a ridge line that parallels Preston Road. So water flows away from Frisco very quickly. Based on rainfall intensity and duration, some low-lying areas will experience high water from a few minutes to a few hours. Many of our past problems have been corrected with recent construction. The worst flooding I can remember was in May, 1990. Thanks for your inquiry.
